About This Trend

Quit rates are declining. In the U.S., they've normalized to pre-pandemic levels — seemingly bringing an end tothe Great Resignation. But not everyone unhappy in their job can afford to resign. The ones who stayed have created the new trend of "quiet quitting," or working only as much as needed (or as much as one's job description suggests) to keep one's job.
